Eligible Cases

The product arrives defective or broken.

The product does not function properly upon unboxing.

 

Ineligible Cases

Damage caused by the customer.

Requests for refunds or exchanges without valid reasons.

 

Return Procedure

1. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse at their expense.
